Questions
Is this a job-placement or staffing service?
No. We help experienced people build their own companies. We don't place anyone in jobs or share your details with employers.
Do I need an idea to join?
No. Many members join to work on a problem someone else brings, especially engineers, lawyers, accountants, and architects.
I'm currently employed. Can I take part?
Yes, if your agreements allow it. Before applying, review any non-compete, non-solicitation, confidentiality, or invention-assignment terms with your current or former employer, and never bring an employer's confidential information or customers. If unsure, ask your own lawyer.
Who owns the companies?
Pending legal review.
Each venture's team agrees on ownership in writing before its sprint begins.
